AI is coming and it can’t be stopped…..it’s akin to a run-away train and it’s improving exponentially on all fronts….to the point now that we can’t tell anymore whether the images we see are real or AI generated. It’s the same with literature, art, film, architecture, music, journalism, everything,…. yes, even astrology.

And even without consciousness, AI can very effectively feign originality in its creations….just like many humans in fact, when you stop to think about it. The reality is that AI, together with robotics, is superseding and replacing all of humanity’s work….which, let’s face, is mainly drudgery for most. OK, many people enjoy their work and are very good at it….I used to LOVE going to work before I retired….but AI could have done my job easily, even although it was classified as creative.

So, the question I have for you Eric, and all of your readers, is what is humanity going to do when we have no work? Will eight billion of us just become superfluous to requirements?

Nothing happens in August? HA/11 WW! started in August 1914 ("The Guns of August"). WW2 all but started in August 1939 with the Hitler/Stalin Pact, official start of fighting was September 1, And, 8/9/95. And, Gulf Of Tonkin, 8/4/64 (71 years ago today). Watts Riots, 1965. .....

US celebrates Labor Day, in Sept, vs May Day, because May Day was born in the US, a large march in Chicago 5/1/1886, which gave rise to the Haymarket Riot, the execution of several anarchists, some of whom weren't even there,... A desire to erase that mermory.

I am not talking about remote history; I am talking about contemporary patterns. What have you got the past 30 years as a false flag Big Deal in August?

Hard for me to think about the Gulf of Tonkin as remote, it's so vivid. :-) Even more, 8/9/95. But here are some.

August '98: "Al Qaeda" attacks on US embassies in Kenya, Sudan (8/20_ key part of the prep for 9/11, and on same day a financial collapse in Russia.

August '05: bot a false flag, but a big deal, Hurricane Katrina.

August 2019, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, annual fathering of global central banks, the planning of the flooding of world markets with lots of money together with approval of the "pandemic op." (you interviewed Michael Bryant about that in Oct ;24).

I'll consult my files, but that's just off the top of my head.

EDIT to add: as to 2025. On the 8th, Trump;s ultimatum to Putin to settle the Ukraine war expires. And there is news that the US and Israel are about to issue an ultimatum to Hamas in the next 48 hours.

so when you extend this to the present, what do you get? and also I did not predict that august would be eventless. To the contrary I said that from year to year, it tends to be quieter than other months, and that we have big stuff happening now.

See my EDIT, right above. Jackson Hole 2019 is where/when Mark Carney unveiled his Synthetic Hegemonic Currency ideal

When I said nothing, obviously the New York Times publishes newspapers. What I meant was that Sept. 11 happened in September. I was not making some kind of black/white absolute statement. I am assessing the likelihood of a global disruption event in August. My statements have purpose and context.

Jeff, audio is not edited like print. With text articles I rewrite five times and there are multiple editors. With audio I talk and send. There is a different editorial standard and I explained why I was making this assessment. You have the option to stay in context.

Eric, in my Edit and the add to it i was trying to put things in context, i.e. in August 2025. There are looming deadlines in two of the three WW3 theaters which are already happening. I may be wrong, but i think these have a very high chance of being globally disruptive. If you think otherwise, i'd appreciate hearing why, you may well have very good reasons. There's also a looming crisis between the US and Iran, as the Iranian government has stated it refuses to stop its uranium enrichment program, and Trump has said that resumption would mean more steps by the US to crack down, including kinetic steps. Plus there's a looming Jackson Hole gathering this month, interest rates are globally coming under intense downward pressures. Stuff announced at the gathering usually gets done early in the month.
