Best Astrology Books - New Version
Video special! I've had another go at a YouTube describing the best astrology books for beginner and intermediate students.
April horoscope and Starcast coming soon…
Good afternoon —
Today I have something a little extra, which is my recommended reading for new and underway astrology students. I am concerned that “internet astrology” has little or no grounding in the literate world.
Astrology is about several kinds of literacy, and it begins not just with books but with the inner awareness and discernment that books provide.
We read books differently than articles on the internet, and they books are researched, written and edited differently — generally meaning better. Yet it’s the state of mind when reading that counts the most. This video has my favorite suggestions. — efc
PS — We are playing the YouTube game now…the videos that get ranked highest are the ones with the longest initial view time and likes soon after publishted. Leaving the video on in the background in silent mode counts. We are close to the allegedly magic 5K subscriber mark — so please “smash that like and subscribe,” as the cool kids say.
Thank you!

I have bought Debbi's book and I cannot stop laughing. I went to the floor and remained there five minutes, maybe six.
I have Gemini Moon and it's just perfect.🤣🤣🤣
Let me tell you, this book is from October 1982. Bantam edition, which I don't know what it means.
Below, it says "eight printings through 1996", and revised edition June 1999. Mystery solved!
In the chapter about Pluto, page 291, she wrote "Soon Pluto will go into his own sign, SCORPIO." Which means she wrote that before Nov 1983, which is when Pluto first went into Scorpio. If the first edition was published in 1982, the book was probably written in 1981 or earlier, I imagine.
But in other parts of the book she comments on what happened by the end of the 1980s. So she added a few things in the revised edition of 1999. In the chapter of Chiron she mentions the human genome project, which didn't exist in 1981,
Great book. Thank you for recommending it.
Excellent. Took notes on the book titles and authors. New info! Also my daughter has just started writing a horoscope for her college paper - going mostly on tarot and pop astrologers but dang love her enthusaism (Sag sun/leo moon/gemini rising - she has something to show and tell!)
Q: what is the astrology notebook you promote? Interested in this for sure. In the old days I might fill out a postage paid postcard with my digits - but now? Say more on this. Peace.
