I've heard earlier the opinion that Saturn has the feminine principle. The Earth element is feminine or of negative polarity, of course. But this is totally against the myth of Saturn/Chronos as "Father time."
What myth could go well with Mother Saturn? Let me suggest Leto, who is the mother of Apollo and Diana. Saturn's association with time is kept, because the Sun and the Moon are also about time.
A second candidate myth for the Motherliness of Saturn is Leda, who is the Mother of Castor and Pollux (Gemini), and Helen and Clytemnestra. The myth of Troy is also strongly associated with Time, and other themes of Saturn. But perhaps Leda's is too erotic for "Mother Time."

It's interesting to imagine how are you going to continue with the idea of Saturn as the Mother, because a lot of people have Saturn retrograde in a difficult sign like Cancer, Scorpio or Leo, or in a house like 6th or 12th, which are always a source of problems.
I’ve been following planetwaves for over 10 years. It’s a confusing time. I’m a Libra and now I have to read about Aries. I noticed that I’m getting more specific with my intention setting and action taking. It used to be just passive—go with flow, and an invisible hand will change it. And plus the algorithms play a big role in decision-making these days!
