I'm gonna beat a dead horse here (from our interaction on another post) and ask: Why did you use the Koch House system for this one?
I suspect it's because it really does show a lot with the exactness of Mercury on the ASC.
PS I have natal Saturn at 15°2' Gemini, so 9/11 was around the start of my first Saturn Return. There's a long story attached to that, which I whittled down into one of the first blog posts I ever wrote back in 2012. The moral was that the events of 9/11 and the events occurring in my life at that time greatly deepened my appreciation for integrity (a good Saturnian word) and gave me the phrase, "Life's too short for bullshit!"
I'm comparing this chart with the chart for the 10:28 am, which is the moment when the North tower falls. I didn't know that the North Tower, first hit, was the second tower that fell. What is your theoretical validity to that chart, as it's not an inception of anything. Astrology address the conditions at the outset. The incident started hours earlier.

I had curiosity to see if there was something important that changed between the start and the finish. The ruler of the chart is Mars, which is in exaltation in Capricorn. Taking the whole sequence, the energy shifted from Venus to Mars. Maybe that means something.

The myth of Typhon seems pertinent. This is the name of the monster that attacks Mount Olympus, causing the gods to flee, including Venus and her son, who transform in two fish, which is the story behind of Pisces (hidden enemies, surprise attack.)
The Moon is now in Cancer, as you point out in the article. But during the attacks in the morning, the Moon was Void-of-course, and this period ended at 4:09 pm, about an hour before WTC 7 falls. The first aspect the Moon does is an opposition to Mars in Capricorn. Mars is the ruler of the Midheaven in this chart for WTC7.
try doing the chart with just classical planets, our planets out to Pluto. Then you know what you're doing. Stick to orbs within a degree or so. You can paint the chart with all kinds of points; the more points you use the faster you have to go inside of one degree for them to matter.
